Domain transfer is made for WordPress

    Hey.

    I cannot make a transfer, I get the following error within the company.

    An error occured while initiating the domain transfer error

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there,

    It seems you’re trying to transfer your domain to a different provider. I’d like to note that since your domain registration is for 10 years, it might not be possible to transfer it if it’s been registered for 9 years or less. This is a common policy among domain providers, but I recommend confirming this with your new domain provider.

    In case you find that the domain cannot be transferred at this time, don’t worry. You can still keep your domain with us and point it to a site hosted by another provider. This can be done by changing its name servers.
