Domain Transfer Issues

  I never verified my account and ended up cancelling my plan/getting a refund. Before I cancelled I did claim a domain that I would now like to register through Google Domains, but Google Domains is saying the account is locked through the previous registrar. It’s been 60 days but it still won’t let me transfer- am I missing a step? the domain I am hoping to claim is allexacrosson.com

  The site I need help with is allexacrosson.wordpress.com.

  I don’t see any either, which is super confusing. I’ve triple checked both of my email addresses, and I even have WordPress emails on this account that confirm that I had tried to claim the domain (allexacrosson.com) through this account. I’m totally stuck on where else to look!

  The domain belongs to a different WordPress.com account here under a different email address.

  Are you sure you’re logged in exactly under the email address the notifications are being sent to? (they’re very similar)
