Domain transfer issues

  Hi
  I hope everything is going well for you.
  My name is jackub, and I’m new to this community. I purchased the domain melbourneosteopathycentre from a local domain supplier around ten months ago. I am not satisficed with their support because whenever I face any issue they do not response on time. I just want to know that can I transfer my domain from local company to WordPress? If is it possible please do let me know how can I do it?

  Hi there,

  You can transfer your self-hosted WordPress site to us on WordPress.com. You can find instructions to do that here:

  But we’re not an accredited registrar for .au domains, so you won’t be able to transfer the domain itself to us. To use that domain with a WordPress.com site, you’ll need to keep it registered elsewhere, and then use our Domain Connection upgrade to connect it to your site with us.
