Domain Transfer Jetpack DNS Configuration Error

  • Unknown's avatar

I recently transferred the domain belindabridgemanacademy.com from a different host to be used with a brand new WordPress site that I designed. The transfer is now complete and the domain is active, and set up as the primary domain, but when I search the domain, it takes me back to the old site. I got this error message on the domain page: ‘Jetpack is unable to connect to your domain because your domain’s DNS records aren’t pointing to your site.’ I followed to prompt and enabled the wordpress nameservers however the domain is still linked back to the old site made on Vista Print…

Will this resolve itself or do I need to change some DNS settings further?

    Thank you

  • Hey there @aaronbugaj, the correct site is loading for me currently. Well done! I’m guessing the internet was just taking a moment to catch up when you pointed to our hosting. Please let us know if you need more help!
