Domain Transfer lock

    I have purchased hosting from ipage. I have followed every step to transfer my domain. I have verified my email for ICANN. I have unlocked my domain. Still I cannot transfer. My domain says I still need to verify my email for ICANN. It shows as unlocked but on Ipage it says that my domain is locked and cannot be transferred. I bought my domain Sept 12 of this year it has been more than 60 days. How can I fix it?

    I checked the records for trulycapable.org and it shows the domain was registered Oct 12, not Sep 12, so that might be the trouble since it’s not quite 60 days from Oct 12 yet.

    If you were referring to a different domain, can you reply back with the domain you’re trying to transfer?
