Domain transfer / locked out of wordpress

I have a website (www.tripleetravel.com) designed using WordPress but hosted with Netsons. Currently, I am locked out of my website (every time I try to reset my password, I am being told my password reset key is invalid). On a separate point, I was considering moving my website over entirely to WordPress. I am not sure this is the best decision, however, as the website is large and contains now 4 years’ worth of material. What do you recommend?

You can move your site to us by following the guide at https://wordpress.com/support/moving-from-self-hosted-wordpress-to-wordpress-com/ but you’ll need access to the site first, and that is a self-hosted WordPress.org site, which we really can’t help with here.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
WordPress.org has complete documentation for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at https://wordpress.org/support/ and support at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
