Domain transfer/mapping

    I want to upgrade to premium, mainly for live chat support (24/7 availability, right?). Why do I need totransfer/map my domain? I already have a functional website up and running. I don’t want to change anything but I need support with a plugin that is not working properly: Leaky Paywall with Stripe.

    Where is your current domain hosted? You only get Livechat support here at WordPress.com if that is also the place where your site is hosted. So buying a Premium plan here would mean moving the contents of your site here and mapping or transferring the domain.
    PS Here a Premium plan wouldn’t allow the use of external plugins. A Business plan would be required.
    Perhaps you ought to be approaching the developer of the unnamed plugin in use on your unnamed site?
