Domain transfer – may have lost all content???

  I am transferring from WordPress to Squarespace and the transfer was successful but I don’t have access to my site anymore. I accidentally disconnected from jetpack and now my site is no longer on my dashboard. Help!!!

  Hi there!

  What is the domain name in question? There are no sites under your account and it sounds like you had a site hosted elsewhere and connected to your account via Jetpack. You will want to reach out directly to your host to get access to your site.

  You are right, I was able to get the issue resolved with Bluehost. Whew, crisis averted! Thank you for your help!
