Domain Transfer & Name Server Changes

    Hello,

    Two things here. I’d prefer to do the first one listed ‘Transferring WordPress.com domain to Godaddy’.

    1) Transferring Domain ‘AmericanTurnings.com’ to Godaddy Hosted WP.org site
    When I click on the domain americanturnings.com and then click the button ‘Update Settings & Continue’, I get the error message ‘An error occurred while while trying to send the Domain Transfer code.’

    2) Changing Name Servers (to connect amerianturnings.com to Godaddy hosted WP.org site)
    This option is not working either. I’ve followed all instructions on the below link, and have double and triple checked that I have the correct Godaddy IP address, however
    my changes are not saving on the WordPress.com side of things.

    Do you only provide guided transfers if you move to Pressable? I’m in desperate need of a guided transfer, but I went with Pagely because I didn’t want to pay more for the amount of traffic my site gets. But it looks like a mess and I have no idea what I’m doing and Pagely has been pointless.
