domain transfer not complete?

  Paid for domain transfer from squarespace on 12th April 2022 to WordPress and still has not completed. Please assist.

  Correct account: Yes

  Hi, I checked your account, but I don’t see any domain transfers, purchases, transactions, or billing activity.

  Perhaps you have more than one account here? If you do, but you do not recall the password, we have some options for you at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/

  If not, would you please share the domain name you’re trying to transfer?

  Ah, ok, that site belongs to a different account here, not the one you’re currently logged in under.

  First, log out of WordPress.com from https://wordpress.com/me and then log back in under the email address that the receipt was sent to.

  If you do not recall the password for the correct account, we have some options for you at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/

  Hi there, thanks for your help. I can log in but why is my address joannehigginsdotcom.wordpress.com and not http://www.joannehiggins.com? How can I change it? Also, none of my imported content from squarespace is visible, even though I received an email confirming the successful import.

  Ah, yes, you’ll need a paid Pro plan to set that as your site’s primary domain: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/#set-a-primary-address

  You can purchase one from https://wordpress.com/plans

  Since the Pro plan includes 1 free year of domain transfer, please let us know if you purchased it, and we can issue a refund for the $18 you spent.
