Domain Transfer. Not receiving transfer code.

  Hello. I requested a domain transfer for my wordpress hosted website. I disabled domain locking, and private registration as instructed and requested my transfer code multiple times. No email has been received with my transfer code. The only email I have received was an email verification request from word press. I complied with the verification email, and still received no transfer code. Is there some criteria I have not met in order to receive my code?

  In case it gets asked. Yes I have checked my spam folder. And yes, I am checking the proper email that is on file with the WordPress account in question.
