Domain transfer not working

  Hello, I’d like to transfer my domain to WordPress for ease of use, but I keep getting an error message when I try doing so. What could I do to resolve this issue?

  WP.com: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I understand this is frustrating. I would love to try and help, but could use a little more information. Could you provide the domain that you are trying to transfer, the error message that you are getting, and where the error is originating from (wordpress.com or your current registrar)?

  Hello, thank you for your message. The domain I’m trying to transfer is “dierzaam.org” and the error just reads ‘transfer failed’ with not much more.

  Hi there,

  The transfer is failing because you have DNSSEC enabled on your domain at your current registrar, and we don’t support DNSSEC on WordPress.com.

  Please contact your registrar and have them disable that. Then you should be able to start the transfer, provided your domain is not otherwise locked for transfer.
