domain transfer of deleted blog

I have been trying to resolve this on my own, and now I’m sort of at a dead end. In May I registered a new domain through wordpress, (www.oliviawhen.com), and basically I would like to transfer everything over to a new registrar, or delete it, if that’s not possible. The problem I’m having is that the blog it was connected to has been deleted and it doesn’t show up under Dashboard > Store > Domains, so I don’t know how to get the auth code.

You’ll need to register another WordPress.com blog under the account that owns the domain, so we can move it. We’ll also need to receive the request from the account that owns the domain before proceeding.

I believe this is the account that owns the domain, and it also has a blog registered on it already. How should I go about sending a request?

No, the domain is owned by a different username.
The username that owns the domain only has access to the deleted WordPress.com blog.
