Domain transfer only for paid domains?

    I would like to transfer the content of dolasillablog.wordpress.com (with the same template) to elisabettatait.wordpress.com (currently empty), both of which are present among my blogs as administrators. If I follow the instructions, I can’t do this: is this a function reserved only for paid domains? Thank you.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    I managed to do the migration with Tools → export and Tools → import, and not by following the online instructions that say to use Upgrades → Domains (or Hosting → Domains if using WP-Admin).

    Glad to hear that export/import helped.

    About the other flow you noticed, it could appear when you are trying to use a custom domain on either site.
