domain transfer or redirecting

  Hi

  I have my own domain that is registered with a company called littleoak. They also host my content. I would like to sign up for a premium wordpress plan and transfer the domain registration (and hosting) to wordpress.

  Is this possible? how do I do this? Or do I only need to redirect the domain from littleoak by pointing it to my wordpress.
