domain transfer outside

Hello,
I’ve followed the steps to transfer my domain freeridevaldaran.com ouside.
Unlocked the domain and sent the auth_code to the new registrar.
But i’ve tried it for 3 times, and the new registrar always say that the current registrar has cancelled the transfer.
I don’t know how to contact to wordpress.com support to resolve this problem. But i need to transfer the domain and don’t know why wordpress.com is cancelling the transfer process. I’ve done all the steps to make the domain available for the transfer, but the process is always cancelled by the current registrar.
Hope anyone can help me, or maybe get a support e-mail to try to resolve this.

Could some wordpress.com staff answer my question?
The new registrar says that the current registrar (wordpress.com) is cancelling the transfer process each time.
It is very frustrating to have as the only way of supporting this forum, and also the simple questions like this one are not answered.
Please, i need your support or, otherwise, stop interfering in the transfer process, please.

I am sorry for the trouble.
Your domain is currently pending the transfer. As you have started the domain transfer process you will need to complete the renewal with your new registrar.
May I know who is your new registrar so I can check if the process is slightly different with them?

The new registrar is ACENS TECHNOLOGIES, S.L.U.
If that helps, while the transfer process is running, i receive an e-mail from INTERDOMAIN requering me to send them the AUTH_CODE.
I’m doing that, but a few days later, always get the same response: The current registrar has cancelled the transfer process.

I suspect this could be because, as mandated by ICANN, a domain cannot be transferred within the first 60 days of being registered or transferred.
Your domain was registered on 24/Jan/2015 so I suggest you try after few more days as we are just past the 60 days.

That means i can start the transfer process again from today, and that should run ok, because today is 27…
