Domain transfer problem

Hi, I tried to transfer the domain “barfusscoach.com” to a new DNS registrar. However, the process fails and gives me instructions to contact support because a transaction couldn’t be carried out. This is the message text (in German): “Die Produktübertragung konnte nicht abgeschlossen werden, weil ein Abonnement- oder Transaktions-Eintrag nicht gefunden werden konnte. Bitte kontaktiere den Support und zitiere diese Nachricht, um das Problem zu lösen.”

Hi, according to my new hoster, it looks like the transfer is still blocked on your end, though I have given him the auth code. Is there something else that I need to do? Or do you have to perform something on your end? It’s been over a week now.

I’m not seeing that a transfer was initiated. Or if it has, it was stopped or expired. Have you been receiving the confirmation emails?
Please ask your registrar to restart the transfer.
