Domain Transfer – Questions

  I have purchased a new domain. I want to move my wordpress blog to my own domain.

  I added the my own domain URL in the domain section of wordpress & also added the nameservers in my control panel.

  Now wordpress says, purchase the 10 credits to move in to my Domain.

  My question is: isn’t possible to move into my domain without purchasing the credits? Should I pay $10 through paypal to move wordpress hosted blog to my domain.

  It is not possible to change the URL of your WordPress.com blog without purchasing the Domain Upgrade.

  Um, the poster has only been here for a few hours. Are we talking about a blog hosted here at wordpress.com or elsewhere? Sounds like you;re hosted elsewhere to begin with. Some specific details would be helpful.
