Domain transfer refund

    Hi, I purchased a plan yesterday but changed my mind and requested refund.
    There was no option to request refund for the domain transfer fee though.
    How can I get that refunded?

    Hi, we can’t refund completed domain transfers. But it looks like yours was not completed, so you’re okay for now. Just be sure to lock your domain again at the current registrar. I’ve processed the refund for you & you’ll have that within a few business days, though it can take more time to route back to your account & appear on a statement.
