domain transfer refund unavailable

    started a domain transfer on the 20/11/2024 which is less than the 96 hours non refund time and the domain was never transferred to word press. it was pending then i cancelled it. but for some reason i am not able to request a refund for the domain transfer only cancel ?

    please can a HUMAN take a look into this so i can get my refund as i have followed the rules.

    I have issued a refund for the rest of the amount.

    The refund may take up to 4-10 working days to appear in your account and in some regions it may take more than 2 weeks. You can find the copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

    If you haven’t received the refund even after the said time, let us know and we’ll take a look.
