Domain Transfer – Registrar Transfer Denied

    Hi,

    I would like to ask for your assistance regarding transferring my domain.

    I have received the email below and unsure about the next steps in order for the transfer to proceed. Would greatly appreciate if you can provide the specific procedure so I can continue with the transfer process.



    The transfer of from WordPress.com to another registrar could not be completed for the following reason(s):

    Express written objection to the transfer from the Transfer Contact. (e.g. – email, fax, paper document or other processes by which the Transfer Contact has expressly and voluntarily objected through opt-in means).
