Domain Transfer – Site is down “Bad Gateway”

  Hello,

  We transferred our site from Squarespace Domains to WordPress earlier this week, and I just received a message that the transfer is complete. This is my first time doing this so I’m not sure if what I am seeing is normal – the site is down and only shows “502 Bad Gateway” message. I checked the DNS propagation status and it’s mostly updated. I removed the CNAME record for the old Squarespace Domains host to try to fix the issue, but didn’t seem to make a difference. Help would be so appreciated, thank you!!

  It looks like you did everything right with the newly transferred domain name, and it is properly pointing to your WordPress.com site. There was an unexpected technical glitch with the site that caused that “Bad Gateway” error you were seeing, but I’ve fixed that up now.

  You should see the site loading now at poseidoneducation.com.
