domain transfer stalled

  I want out of WP. Yesterday.

  I want out of WP. Yesterday.

  Have been attempting to transfer domain bjarnerostaing.com to GoDaddy which has informed the the transfer has failed because:

  “the registry rejected the transfer request due to an ineligible domain status.”

  What does this mean and can you facilitate the transfer.

  Hi there,

  I apologize for the inconvenience. We’re currently experiencing some issues with the domain unlocking, but it should be resolved shortly. I’ll let you know as soon as it’s been sorted out.

  Hi,

  I’ve now gotten numerous email messages, all supplying the same Authorization code, and I keep unlocking WP only to find that it’s stalled at GoDaddy as locked.

  This is a ridiculous waste of my time, exacerbated by the fact that there’s no direct phone support at WP. Incredible.

  Can/will you please help transfer this domain.

  My sincerest apologies. We are still working with our domain registrar partner to get these domains unlocked. I will let you know as soon as I have an update on this.

  I just received word that our domain registrar says that the issue with transferring a domain has been fixed. Please give it a try and let me know if it works now for you.
