Domain transfer support

I’m trying to transfer a .fyi domain to WordPress from Google/Squarespace. I was able to transfer a .com OK, but the .fyi will not give a price or show up in the cart, even though there is a checkmark by the site and the transfer code. I’m trying to contact service, but it’s it literally impossible because I don’t have a WordPress paid website? The AI bot just says it can’t connect me to service. I’ll be a paying customer eventually, but will I never be able to get any support if I just have domains with WordPress? Obviously I’m not going to give them my business if that’s the case.
