Domain transfer to GoDaddy

  A domain registered with WordPress expired 13 days and I want to transfer the domain to GoDaddy. I already initiated the transfer on the GoDaddy site. Where can I find the auth code to approve the transfer?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  First, you will need to be logged in as the account that bought the domain as it looks like you used a different username to buy the domain, mandyhansen.com

  Once logged into the correct account, go to My Site ->Domains, click the arrow next to your domain, and click the Transfer Domain option at the bottom of the page.

  Thanks. The “transfer domain option” is not available though for mandyhansen.com as there’s only a large red banner saying “This domain expired 13 days ago”

  Could you please advise?

  As I said above, you need to be logged in as the account that bought the domain. The account you’re using top post here is not the account that owns the domain, and you won’t see the transfer option if you go to Domains using this account.

  It’s possible to still transfer a domain that’s 13 days expired, but only the account that owns the domain can do that. The account that owns the domain is jenshansen1982
