Domain transfer to WordPress

  I’ve found the following article:

  What is the best way for me to transfer a domain I own that is hosted with another provide to wordpress? Is it initiated through WordPress or through the exisiting DNS host?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
