domain transfer to wordpress

  I started the transfer under (email visible only to moderators and staff). WordPress told me I could not use an email from the domain I want to transfer so I used my other email of (email visible only to moderators and staff). How to I proceed?

  Correct, you need to use a different email address than the custom one. Otherwise, if there was any issue with your domain, we wouldn’t be able to communicate it to you.
