Domain transfer – wordpress to wordpress

    In a nutshell, I want to do a complete overhaul of my blog, but keep the current site active. My idea is to create another blog, import the files from the existing blog, then work on it privately.

    When I am satisfied with my makeover, I would like to just transfer my domain between my blogs.

    Is there an easy way to do this? Or is there a better solution for when you want to do a redesign of your site but not take it offline?
