Domain Transferred without permission from owner

my website has been transferred and I did not do this. It has been transferred to Stats.crop.com can you tell me please how this happened it says that Client can not transfer, delete or renew and has been taken over by Domains by Proxy and the Sponsor is Wild West domains can you tell me what has happened as I did not ask anyone to do this and I am very concerned as the website contains family photos and details of how my sister died.

Are you referring to the domain name gailslifeincare.com? This domain is registered under your account lindacordingley and it is good through 2013-07-01, and is set to autorenew annually.
It looks like you looked up the publicly available information (whois) on your domain name. Wild West Domains is our partnering registrar. All domains purchased from Automattic currently show as registered with WWD. You purchased a Private Registration upgrade when you purchased the domain, so Domains By Proxy is showing up as the owner (rather than displaying your actual name, email, and mailing address).
As far as I can see, you are still the owner of the domain name and it’s in good standing.
