Domain transferring

    Hello,i paid for my domain at tailor brands about 3 weeks ago.
    if I change it to word press would that mean my domain would be

    @wordpress    .com instead of @arthursdesignavenue.com ? like when u make a gmail and the domain remains @gmail.com because I would like my domain to remain @arthurs like my business is called.

    I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

    Hi there – If I read you correctly, you have purchased a domain from tailorbrands.com, which appears to be a company that offers the ability to create custom designed logos and branding for your business or ideas.

    All sites here at WordPress.com start with a free URL that look kind of like this format: “youraweseomesite.wordpress.com”.

    Once you purchase a paid plan from us, you have the ability to use a custom domain. This would allow you to turn “youraweseomesite.wordpress.com” into “youraweseomesite.com”.

    I believe that’s exactly what you are wanting. Is that right so far?
