Domain transfers

  Hi im not being able to transfer my domain and get the authorization code. Im also not being able to change my domain contact email.

  Please help me regarding this. Its kind of urgent.

  Hi there, Sorry you’re encountering this issue. Our developers are working on fixing the bug that is keeping you from unlocking your domain.

  You should be able to adjust your domain’s contact info by clicking Store → My Domains, in your site’s Dashboard. Then click Edit Domain next to your custom domain name. You can adjust the email address at the first tab: “Domain Contact Information.” Then click to save.
