Domain trouble
-
I am working on a website for the company I work for.
My boss has a paid for domain (I am not sure how long ago this was), I am not able to use the site address he owns without ‘.wordpress.com’.The top of the site is labeled ‘free domain with paid plan’. The initial address he sent to me doesn’t have ‘.wordpress.com’ at the end. When I try to use that address even with the ‘.wordpress.com’ at the end, I receive an error message stating the web address is not available.
How can I fix this?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hello @qualitygrowthint,
When I type in qualitygrowthinter.com my browswer, nothing shows up – similar to what you were seeing. And after checking a couple of places to purchase that domain, it shows as being available to purchase.
After doing a domain search for https://qualitygrowthinternational.com/ it looks like there is content on that domain and the NS records show it’s hosted with WordPress.com
Is it possible https://qualitygrowthinternational.com/ is the domain you’re needing?
I’ve tagged your post with ‘modlook’ so a member of staff can take a look as well.

Hi, if https://qualitygrowthinternational.com/ is the site you’re referring to, can you log out and log back in with the correct account? It’s not associated with the user qualitygrowthint.
As another option, you could have your boss log in then add you to the site:
