domain trouble after switch

  Today I wanted to transfer my blog from wordpress.com to wordpress.org and changed the name servers of my domain (into-mind.com which I’ve had for over a year) to bluehost.

  I know it takes some time to process, but I thought it had already switched because I was able to create a new website using my domain (instead of a temporary one). However, about 90% of the time when I try to login to the new dashboard or just click on my site, it redirects it to my old dashboard and website (intomind.wordpress.com)? Is that just a problem of the name servers not being switched over fully or am I doing something wrong? Also, I didn’t get any views on my old site since the switch – another reason I thought the name servers already had been changed. Please help!
