Domain upgrade

  My site can no longer be viewed. I get this message ‘Warning! Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found. Please log in and go to the Domains Upgrades page of your blog to use this domain. ‘ What do I need to do please?

  I should add, I have a domain name with another provider and have had no problem for about 6 or 7 years, suddenly I realise that the public have not been able to access my site, for about a month it seems. Bit of a shock, no warning. Please help. I have not been notified that I need to amend anything .

  I see you chatted with one of our Happiness Engineers and they helped you get this sorted out.

  Bit of a shock, no warning.

  Reneal reminders were sent to the email address on your Account Settings page so it would be worth checking that information is up to date if you didn’t receive any. If it is, they may have gone to your spam folder.
