    Hello. I upgraded my site and paid 12$ for it so that I can use the .com domain but it’s still using the first domain that I created. Kindly look in to it for me.

    Hi there!

    I see that you registered a domain without a WordPress.com plan. A WordPress.com plan lets you set a domain as the primary address of your site. Without a plan, the domain will redirect to the WordPress.com address since your site is technically still on the free plan.

    You can upgrade to a yearly WordPress.com plan and get the first year’s domain registration free of cost. Since you already paid the domain registration fee, we can refund that once you’ve upgraded to a yearly WordPress.com plan. Please upgrade to a yearly plan using the button below and let us know.

    We’ll refund the $12 domain registration fee once you’ve upgraded and set your domain as the primary address.
