$99 upgrade was cancelled per WordPress Support for everysolastudent.wordpress.com – per below email – But CRU (Campus Crusade for Christ) was charged $99 on 7/10/13: I have now had to reinburse CRU the $99, please provide a refund to me for $99.

    Hi Adam,

The bundle was split up, but not canceled. I’ve gone ahead and taken care of that for you. Please note that your domain registration and mapping costs $26, $18 for domain registration and mapping and $8 for private registration.

Let me know if you have any questions!

    Thanks, Jenny

    Hi there,

I’d be happy to take care of this for you, but there are two issues.

First of all, there is a domain attached to this account. From a previous exchange you had with my colleague Jenny, it appears that you wanted to keep the domain but cancel the rest of the bundle. Is this correct?

Second, it appears the upgrade itself is listed under a different user account. We will need to hear from that user to confirm that the transaction should be cancelled. They can post in this thread under their username to confirm.

    Thanks!
