Domain upgrade for email

    I have created an email address using my domain name, entered the MX records provided by my domain name company (123-reg) and set up email forwarding to my Gmail address, but when I send a test email nothing happens.

    I want to make sure we’re on the same page. So far, you’ve set-up your email address at your domain registrar (123-reg). Then, you’ve input the DNS records they suggested into your email inbox. Finally, at your registrar, you’ve set-up email forwarding to forward email going your southernwoodpress.co.uk to a personal email address. Is that correct?

    Can I ask what email address you’ve used to send the test email? If you’re sending the test email from the email address you’ve having the mail forwarded to, that can cause some potential problems.
