domain upgrade – how?

  I get message ‘domin mapping upgrade of this domain not found. Pls log in and go to domain upgrades. I can’t find it. Where is the ‘upgrade’ section?

  We need details please.
  1. What is the domain URL?
  2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
  3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?
  4. When was the upgrade purchased?
  5. Have you allowed a domain to expire? Read: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-expiration/

  I would be happy to assist you in renewing your subscription. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. As @Timetheif mentioned, what is the domain URL? To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into renewing the subscription upgrade. However, you should be able to renew the domain if logged into the account that owns the upgrade.
