Domain upgrade paypal payment taken but no upgrade

  I have tried to upgrade my domain name to blogbybethan.com, I paid for the below using my own paypal, received a paypal receipt but can’t see anything in ‘My Domains’ and no purchase history and the below are still in my cart. Can anyone help?

  Domain Registration

  15 GBP

  Private Registration
  blogbybethan.com
  7 GBP

  I see credits in your account which means that we did receive your payment, but the purchase failed. Please try to register the domain again. You won’t be charged again.
