Domain upgrade – sharing count not showing properly

  Hi

  Today I upgraded my blog to its own domain. I have sharing button enabled under each post which on clicked shows thecount of shares on facebook etc. example oneof my posts showed 41 shares. When ai upgraded today, that count seems to have reset to zero as no number is showing against the buttons on any post.

  Why is that and how can I restore the original numbers !?!
