You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, renew or cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew. Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades.
If you are not logged in under the correct username account clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies and then login under the correct username account.
1. What is the domain URL?
2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?
4. When was the upgrade purchased?
5. When did the refund request and upgrade cancellation, or the domain expiration take place?

HI there,
You don’t own any custom domains or domain mapping upgrades on WordPress.com. You have several free WordPress.com sites, but none of them would show that particular error message. What is the domain you’re trying to access?
That error usually means that you’re trying to access a domain that is pointing towards WordPress.com, but which is not connected on this side by a domain mapping upgrade. Adding a domain mapping upgrade, or pointing the domain to a different host where you have a site will make that go away.
