Domain use

I’m sorry for my indecisiveness. I tried to get my own domain name yesterday and purchased one through wordpress. I had a harder time than anticapted trying to navigate and setup my blog so I asked to have my domain purchased refunded and it was. However, I tried to get my domain name at another site and it said the one that was used for wordpress (which was deactiviated), is still in use. Is there a certain wait time between when a domain expires on wordpress to when it can be purchased somewhere else?

It may take some time before that domain becomes available to register again, as I see that your domain registration was canceled today. Would you mind waiting 24 to 48 hours and then registering thatchickgirl.com once more?
