Domain vanished

    Hi, a domain I purchased a year ago (2 year purchase) has vanished and become inactive.

    When I go through the steps to add a domain i can search for it, and when I try to add it, it says it is unavailable. I recently paid a fee to map it, but it doesn’t seem to have kicked in. Can anybody advise please?
