domain was not renewed

  I am attempting to renew my domain name with my WordPress site and I keep getting an error message.

  Error message: “Something went wrong. The domain was not renewed. Please contact support.”

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi!

  Can you let me know which domain you’re referring to? It looks like both of your domains have been renewed:

  sneakersister.com (good through 2/6/17)

  lvrunningscene.com (good through 1/5/16)

  You should be able to see this from your upgrades page here:

  Hi, I received the following email yesterday. Apparently, there was an issue with WP.com yesterday which affected my renewal. All is good now. Thanks!
