Domain was taken over by someone else

    I renewed my domain registration/mapping in Feb. 2014 before expiration date, and it looks like someone has taken over my site. I need this handled ASAP so would someone please get back to me and let me know what is the issue? I’ve posted another request as I was not sure what the issue actually is originally, but from discussing with some members in the forum, it seems that I did what I should be doing. I am quite frustrated with the lack of response as this is my business website, and WordPress is extremely lagging in addressing this issue. If this is something that I failed to do then I would like to be told so I can fix it but if this is something that was mishandled on WordPress’ end, I would appreciate it if it can be resolved immediately. THANK YOU!
