  Hi! please a need change name servers in a web site

  login: (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  but this access is from the agency that sold this site, and we no longer have contact and the administrator panel where I need to access the settings to change this manually, I can’t access it with the agency.

  Please contact your domain provider where you registered the domain, sambapassion.co.nz, for help with this. Changing name servers can only be done at your domain provider.

  You did not buy that domain from us, as it’s not even possible to buy a .co.nz domain on WordPress.com, so we’re not able to help you with this.
