Domain/website in Redemption period

    My website missed being renewed I am told it is in the redemption period and some one will contact me
    So I can get the website back this 5 days ago and I am worried it’s goi ng to expire can anyone
    Help or advise what I
    Can do? I am in the free package

    Hi @angelaireneowen, do you have another account with us? I don’t see a domain associated with this one, but if you’ll log out and log back in using the email address that gets renewal reminders, then update us here, we can send an invoice to start the redemption process.

    Can you also tell us what the domain is?
