Domain Wild West Issues

  I bought and registered my domain through WordPress. I have been trying to renew my domain but once the request gets submitted to Wild West, something is happening where my domain is not being renewed. I’ve purchased it three times now thinking there was a problem with the transaction. My credit card has been charged three times and my domain still is not renewed. I’ve email WordPress three times and have had no response. I’ve called Wild West and they say it’s WordPress’s problem to deal with. I would at least like to get my money back if I can’t the domain.
