Domain will not unlock

    I’ve been trying to get support to unlock my domain for transfer to Squarespace and also update the domain ownership information for two weeks now. Nothing works and every time I enter a chat I am told to just wait for it to be fixed and someone will contact me. It’s been two weeks.

    Can someone please explain to me what is going on?
