Domain will not unlock

  Hi there,
  I am trying to transfer my domain to my new Squarespace site but my domain is locked and will not let me toggle to unlocked.

  When I originally requested the authorization code it was unlocked.

  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  Hi there!

  It looks like you canceled your domain with us. You can’t transfer a domain after canceling it, so it must be restored with us first.

  I also noticed you updated the domain contact details (also called WHOIS contacts) before canceling the domain, which triggered a 60-day transfer lock because you didn’t opt-out of the transfer lock. So, after we restore the domain, you will need to update the contact details again (you must make an actual change), while ensuring that you opt out of the transfer lock.

  Once that’s done, the domain’s transfer lock will be lifted, and you will be able to transfer the domain to another registrar.
